I am passionate about excellent health and I help people who want to look and feel their best make food, fitness, and lifestyle choices that nourish their well-being and dramatically improve their quality of life. I help people move toward what matters.

I graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Utah. I have been working as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor ever since. I love learning and am constantly reading and participating in continuing education.

I am a National Academy Of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and an American Council on Exercise Certified Health Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist

In addition to personal training and health coaching, I am available to present on a variety of fitness and wellness topics.
